Mr. Yan Wang
Yan Wang is President of Gemterra Developments Corporation, a company focused on various facets of real estate and development.
Established in 2010 and under Yan’s management, Gemterra’s success has been built upon his entrepreneurial foresight, detailed management strategy and market knowledge. Gemterra’s first development successfully sold out and delivered close to 600 residential units to happy homeowners with another project in Markham currently under construction. For Gemterra’s next project, Yan is currently leading the team to bring a master plan community of over more than 2,000 residential condominium units in the Greater Toronto Area.
Associated ventures include luxury home design/build, condo renovation and income property management.
Yan’s background includes education in Computer Science, Engineering and an MBA from Columbia University.
