The company has over 100 staff with offices in Canada, USA and Asia. Mr. Kwong\u2019s career history included working with the Ontario Cancer Institute, Connaught Laboratories Limited (currently Sanofi Pasteur), Purdue Frederick Inc., NuPharm Inc.(subsidiary of Apotex), Glaxo Canada Inc., John Brown Engineering in Chicago and Taro Pharmaceuticals USA in New York.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">In 1997, Mr. Kwong returned to Toronto from New York to start PharmEng Technology (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pharmeng.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.pharmeng.com<\/a>). In 2005, PharmEng Technology was the recipient of the ACCE \u201cBest International Business\u201d Award. Mr. Kwong obtained his B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and his M.Sc. and MBA from the University of Toronto, with a registered Professional Engineer status in Ontario.
